Please Dot Not Buy Alex n Ani bracelet at this location They do not honor their return or exchanged policy. ..their recept do not have any details of what u r buying. .3 bracelet Cham fell out ask for replacement they said I have to contact Alex n Ani ..I did Alex n Ani said take it back to the store n they can exchange it right they refuse to do so .. they said they don't have it to exchange. .send in my husband they have it to sell to him ..Crooks .very bad customer service from 2 guys n 1 lady unprofessional.........................
