I cannot afford the service department any longer. Have always felt price gouged coming here. Brought vehicle in two weeks ago, then had to bring it back today. Power steering issue. Guy on phone when I first tried to make appointment was not helpful - said I would have to wait until next week (this is after I explained the steering symptoms and that I had JUST had the car in two weeks prior). I pleaded for an appointment THIS week. A hassle for me, not to have transportation to work. No courtesy transportation was offered (when I made the appointment). I do not trust this establishment. Will not be purchasing another Buick because of my experiences here.
UPDATE . . . I was telephoned by the dealership today, by Lloyd, who attempted to apologize (I think), but was unreceptive to my concerns, just one example being: a steering issue is serious and the initial contact person wanted me to wait a week before returning the vehicle to the shop, placing me in danger; dealership acts like customers are made of money; avoid if you can.
UPDATE TWO . . . I was telephoned by a second employee of the dealership, named Jeff, who apologized for me having an older vehicle that breaks down (LOL), and then spoke of a different car that my "father" brought to the dealership (my father never owned a Buick vehicle and died in 2012). When I said "No, my father never went there," the dude laughed with his buddies on the line (or I may have been on speaker phone)! Crazy customer service! Also refused to acknowledge the danger of me driving without power steering. Then said if there is anything he can do for me, let him know. Like what? Rape my wallet again??
