Calabria Pizzeria

I used to love this place! I've ordered from this place over 50 times! They had a family deal which I always got which came with a pizza pie, ziti, knots and a soda without a coupon and I called today to get my usual order and the guy who answered the phone was SO NASTY! He wasn't trying to help me and said I needed a coupon and had no idea what I was talking about which irritated me because I've ordered the same thing so many times! Then I asked where I could get this coupon and he says maybe the penny saver. And I tried to ask which coupon could get me the family deal and he said well we have so many and just had such a nasty attitude while he spoke to me. I was a regular customer who always ordered from there when I had parties or company over and they lost a loyal customer over a coupon and because they have terrible customer service! Make sure you train your employees to be more helpful and not to be rude when people call! I will never order from there ever again!! There is nothing worse than a business that doesn't value their loyal customers!
