Hitman Collision

Was told when I dropped my car off for bodywork that it would be 3 days tops. After almost a week I call to get status on my car. Was told I would get call back from owner/manager. Never got call back, next day called again, ground hog day, lady takes message. Call again at end of day. Insisted on speaking to manager. The owner Bill gets on phone, a real jerk with a serious attitude. Typical grease ball. I couldn’t believe how he spoke to me. Told me, that they never said 3 days, which is a lie, after a disagreement said I’d pick it up. Owner said he charge me storage fees. Long story short car repair took 8 days. The color is off on the bumper. I wish I had read the reviews first.

If you are a woman I suggest you do not go here because they take advantage of women definitely try to get over on you and make you spend more money then you should.He had my car sitting for 2 weeks without working on it and continue lying to me as I called to check on my vehicle telling me it was being worked on and then when I popped up nobody was working on my car and no parts was put on it after having it for a whole 2 weeks. Especially him knowing I was paying for my rental out-of-pocket he still took his time I did not receive my car until the 3rd week. If you want a good shop I suggest you DONT GO HERE you will not have your car back for almost a month which is Ridiculous.
