Brookwood Townhouse Apartments

AWFUL - it is not PET or people friendly! I've never lived with such a blank or miserable bunch of individuals. Grounds aren't maintained. Twigs, branches, leaves cover the property for weeks / months. You cant safely walk the complex without tripping over a branch or curb. No street lights. maintenance takes days to reply. Pools closed weeks before Labor Day weekend with no explanation or warning. Regardless if it is an included amenity - a little respect would have been nice to properly plan days off. The homeless in the area come rummaging through the complex. I'm counting the days that my lease is up. The WORST complex I've ever lived in. (Wouldn't have given any stars but couldn't post without 1)
