Woke up to a flat tire. Brought my car in when they opened, John took a lot of time explaining all of my options, pros & cons of each, & was very friendly & helpful. I did not feel pressured at all to choose one option over another. I look forward to returning to this Goodyear location for all of my future car repair & maintenance needs.

i had an appointment that was taken easily and on time. my inspection was done quickly and i was even given a voucher for an oil change on my next visit. very pleasant experience and i'll be back next week for that oil change!
