Lori is so friendly and accommodating. Every single time I go for electrolysis, she makes me feel welcome and comfortable during the entire treatment session (which is refreshing since I was so used to being rushed in and out whenever I tried anywhere else). And since I started going for electrolysis, I haven't had to touch any of the hairs on my face, especially on my trouble area (my upper lip).
