My Furnace died during the cold snap we had in early Jan.2018. And I called Anderson Shortell early Friday morning when I woke to no heat. An employee (Rick Russell) arrived shortly after and assessed the situation and set an appointment to have it replaced ( which I knew had to be done) and gave a quote which they honored. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves and removed my old unit. Thank you all who helped us! Thanks Rick, owners and staff! Very Satisfied!

i really don't appreciate being called on my cell phone while I'm at work, with some guy who is a complete ass. Very argumentative. If I was smart I would have tried to catch his name. You could really use a little help listening. Since a previous person mentioned that the owner will go out of there way to contact you. Please do, I have a lot to say.
