Great location in Millerton. The room is calm and beautifully decorated. They have all the props and mats you could want. I love the lavender eye pillows for shavasana and they have cork yoga wheels!
I took advantage of their $30 for 30 days of yoga. They have classes every day and so far I have had three instructors all of whom were knowledgeable and caring. The classes had a great flow with modifications for all levels and for me -hands on adjustments were welcome.
I'm looking forward to challenging myself and my practice in this wonderful studio.
