The Lake House rooms were exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Canoes, kayaks, and beach towels available at no charge. We could not have asked for more. The location is wonderful. It is out in the beautiful countryside, but only about 12 miles from downtown Cooperstown, and about a 15 minute drive from the Glimmerglass Festival (which is amazing!). There is a large grocery store only about a mile away. You can cook there, and there are several good restaurants in town. The owner Chris, was warm, welcoming, and helpful! We highly recommend and look forward to our next visit!
