Just before Christmas, my son and daughter were looking for a reliable and snow friendly SUV. I reached out to Ed to see what was available and within a few hours he came back with pictures, Carfax and vehicle details at a great price. Ed went out of his way to meet at a mutually beneficial location which I was able to test drive the SUV. Within a short time, Ed gathered all the information needed to register the SUV and scheduled a convenient time for pickup which Ed even got a big red ribbon which was a nice touch. Right after Christmas unbeknownst to them, I brought the kids to pickup the SUV which was in immaculate condition and they were presently surprised.
