Overhead Door Company of Elmira

My parents bought me a door opener for Christmas two years ago. About a month ago the door stopped working, made a grinding noise, and parts came flying off it (luckily no one was hurt). I contacted Overhead Door Co of Elmira (since that's where the opener was purchased). I was contacted by Matt Doyle who confirmed the make/model of the opener, my address, etc and said someone would be out to look at it in a couple of days. That was on November 1st. I waited a couple of weeks and called back on 11/25 at which point a male answered and said they were overbooked for Monday 11/28 but he was writing me on the schedule RIGHT THEN for Tuesday, 11/29. He had no explanation for why I was told on 11/1 that it would be a couple of days. Well, today (11/30) I called again to find out why no one came yesterday. The woman that answered said she doesn't do the scheduling, but she would check with her boss and call me back. (He was with someone at 9:30am when I called). It's 12:30pm now, 3 hours after I called today, and 30 DAYS after I originally asked to have someone come. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
