Bagel Boss East

The food is normal deli food. I have been here 10+ times and just feel the need to let people know that the customer service is not good. Employees seem to be in a bad mood. And I recently ordered one of their signature sandwiches with a substitution of one meat for a vegetable. I was told it would be the same price, but when I looked at my receipt I was charged an extra dollar. I will not be returning now because of the bad customer service and the pricing is not accurate.

The Bagel Boss sandwich I ate was DELICIOUS AND AMAZINGLY PRICED! I ordered The Montauk and for $10.00 and some change, I got what looked like a Philly Cheese Steak straight from the corner markets in Philly (the kind all the baseball fans love) and I had a sweet home made ice tea, 2 moon pies, and a pickle. You could say I had lunch and dinner in one go with that delicious meal! I love this location and definitely recommend Bagel Boss to anyone who loves a good bang for their buck and for food that makes you feel like GOOODLUCK!
