Very poor re-delivery service! Initially I was placing re-delivery request online, and it worked fine: I was getting my mail on the requested date. Now It does not work at all: online requests are just ignored, and I was not receiving any packages on requested date. In best scenario, they were redelivered on other date (not the requested one). In addition, I was not notified about missed delivery several times, and several of my packages were returned back to sender. I'm very unsatisfied with this office service, it needs better management.
