More like wrong way. If you want an electrician that schedules a 10:30 am appointment for a quote with you, doesn't show up, doesn't answer his phone, then calls at almost 12 pm to see if he can come - then maybe this is the right company for you. But if he can't even be on time for a quote to try to make a great 1st impression and earn your business, what do you think it's going to be like once he has your money? I said thanks but no thanks.
