The Eagle Saloon

Went to Eagle Saloon on opening day and was impressed. Went back a couple months later and it's even better. They've expanded the admittedly odd menu (Asian inspired food in a cowboy bar) and now there's a great selection of food beyond just appetizer type stuff. And the food is good... really tasty with generous portions. They've also got an expansive dessert menu now. There service, drinks and atmosphere remain great. Only wish they would expand their craft beer menu.
