Been coming here since I was in middle school theres always a long wait . And even though the ladies in the front are Angel's and I love them, I really hate coming here . I typically spend 2 to 3 hours just for a physical ! I came in for a 3:45 appointment with the Dermatologist & as soon as I walked in at 3:30 he walks out the front door! I asked him where he was going because I was his last appointment. He told me his last appointment was scheduled for 3:15 and to reschedule for next week ! I was furious! I came all the way up from white plains for nothing ! I wasted my time and money just to be told to come back next week! It's always a hassle scheduling an appointment with the dermatologist, he's only there from Monday through Thursday & he's gone after 3:30! So he's always booked! The only reason why I rated 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff is really nice, besides them & because of my insurance, I would rather be taken care of elsewhere ..
