The only thing this store got for itself is the female staff, otherwise this place is slow always packed and if the staff knew what they are doing instead of waiting on the manager it would move faster! I am aware that each customer has their needs but each customer should not last 30 mins. or longer!
Well the two time so I visited the store I was assisted with Danny he was so patient and very helpful but today I went to javelin my fees paid by the mobile because I was a previous sprint customer and I was told to bring my bill in and the representative will assist with the rest but the girl today was not willing to do so she tried giving me a paper telling me to mail it out myself and I simply asked if she can help me in the store and complete it online like the other representatives do at the other store especially because I had no idea on how to do it. She continued to tell me no that she tells her customers to mail it in and it allegedly have better results. I fell ike as a customer if I'm asking you to do your job and help me you should do so
