Yonkers Honda Service Center

I had to take my car in unexpectedly last week for an issue with my brakes. Didn’t have an appointment and it seemed like a very busy Monday there. I was fortunate enough to have a gentleman named RJ to help with my service. He was able to get my car taken in quickly and even took some time out of his busy day to have conversation with me both before and after. My lease is almost up and he gave me good advice on new cars and once my car was back from service, explained everything that was done. He was well versed and spoken when explaining everything to me. I even noticed how his coworkers seem to have come to him often for advice. Not entirely sure if he was a manager or what but he definitely was a go to guy and I was fortunate enough to have him there to resolve my issue. I appreciate everything they were able to get done for me on such short notice. Thank you to the whole team there
