If I️ could give less than one star I️ would. I️ missed my appointment because I️ was brought to the ER. When I️ received an voicemail about missing my appointment and being notified that I️ would be charged I️ attempted to call the hair studio. After many failed attempts I️ finally reached someone who yelled at me for calling so many times and told me that I️ could’ve called from the ER and then HUNG UP on me.
