Josh Weinman supported our family when we relocated from Paris to NYC a few years ago. The service we received was just EXCELLENT. Josh not only knows the New York City market by heart, but he shows incredible listening skills, allowing him to understand, adapt and answer exactly the needs of his clients, while facing the reality of the particularly competitive NYC housing market. And his efficiency does not stop at house search! He negotiates very well rents, he follows-up on all the paperwork and he makes sure all utilities are well set up and in place in a particularly timely manner (thanks to his great network), etc. Josh also took the necessary time to explain us how the US and NYC markets and daily life are working, which is particularly useful when you join from a foreign country. Notably, he accompanied us in all the administrative paperwork to get our social security numbers, to take the driver's license test, etc. Also, when we moved to the US, we had a 3 years son, and my wife was 6 months pregnant. Josh took these parameters into account and eased as much as possible the house search, and proved to be particularly flexible. I highly recommend Josh Weinman for any relocation to the NYC area. The quality of the services he offer is exceptional, at a level I have never experienced, would it be in the US or else where.
