Little Gem in the Finger Lakes. Its like having a local Chipotle restaurant. Walk in the build your dish, bowl, wrap right in front of you while behind the servers you can see the cooks prepping as well as cooking the food right in front of you seeing how clean the kitchen is giving you that since of piece knowing how your food is being handled before during the process. Staff is extremely friendly always smiling even when the line is out the door. Great little spot!
