Tesla Service Center

This review is for the supercharger not the Service center. Perhaps a little bit for service center as well. Last saturday we were coming back from LI to Brooklyn had to stop at this supercharger to easily make the trip home. Upon arrival there were 2 service cars plugged in to the supercharger blocking 2 available stalls and another 2 Tesla owners were charging. This would be no problem if the supercharger worked we would wait for the person supercharging and supercharge ourselves. However the rate of charging for other owners was super slow like 40 miles per hour. They were on the phone with Tesla when we arrived and said they were told nothing can be done. Very disappointed we took off driving 45 miles on the LIE with windows closed to make it home with 4 miles left on the battery. Tesla please address this issue and service center please do not leave cars charging there overnight. Thanks. If this gets remedied I will update my review.
