Found the staff to be friendly. Val is super duper nice. Their apartments are mostly restored brownstones which is what we were looking for. We spoke to Jonathan and found him knowledgeable about the nuances of the different neighborhoods and what might be a good fit for us. We were moving from DC so it was helpful to get a breakdown of the lay of the land. Would rent from them again.
