Absolute thieves. They talked me into installing new spark plugs when I came in for an unrelated check engine light. The car began acting up after they claim to have installed new spark plugs (they were definitely old/used). I took it elsewhere and the mechanic found they were installed improperly, he fixed the connections in 2 minutes and the car functioned perfectly - apparently it's a common tactic to get you back in the shop and spending more.
