Appliance Repair Medic

My fridge got broken Sept 2017. The person from Appliance Medic (Monsey location) showed up as official LG Repair Representative. Hi did some diagnostics (he was constantly on the phone asking for advice) and told me that he need to order some parts (refused to tell me what parts exactly) and it will take 1-2 weeks. That's it. Right now its March 2018 and my fridge is still broken. No parts, no calls, no return calls, no service. All my calls and messages are ignored. Stay away from this company.
