Vision Express

This one star gives too much credit to the customer service received from this store. If there are good reviews from other Vision Express locations; I'd be really skeptical. I wouldn't have a job with the customer service received. It's been a week since my eye exam with the doctor. Everything went smoothly until I said I wanted to shop around for replacement transitional lenses. I know the associate's name but I'd hope she'd change the way she deals with customers if she were to ever read this. I've been very patient but I feel she is giving me the run around since she is "too busy to look up to see if my insurance has been authorized." And now I must wait for another "Wednesday" for their billing person to contact my insurance. ....Really inconvenient.... Very disappointed that I had chose to go there for my eye exam. I will most likely never return and take my insurance elsewhere.
