If I could give the experience with this office no stars I would. I brought my daughter here for a scar revision and her scar ended up being triple the size that it was. For me as a mom- it was depressing and hurtful for me that I had her go through a procedure that left a worse scar. It was also hurtful for my daughter because it's almost like she got the procedure for nothing and now we're left with a 1,119 bill and a scar that is way worse than before. The receptionist hung up on me and said that I was irresponsible for not bringing her back after 6 months. Why would I bring her back after seeing such upsetting results. We have saught out another opinion. Now we have to try and revise the scar again if she ever wants improvement of the look of it. It's upsetting.
