HORRIBLE! Been coming here for years for my family.my husband comes and buys 3 pairs or sometimes 4 pairs of sneakers when he comes to this place. LOYAL CUSTOMER. Twice I had to do an exchange for my son and the Chinese guy here gave me a hard time he wouldn't take them back. They need to change the store policy on the receipt if he isn't going to abide by it simple!!!!
