EXIT Realty One

As landlords of a two apartment private home in Rego Park, we had wonderful experiences with Exit One Realty Rego Park, three times. This realty was thorough in checking references to make sure that the prospective tenants could afford the rentals. We especially enjoyed working with Annie Agardi. She was always quick to respond to all our questions. When tenants had difficulty understanding how tenancy laws work in New York City, she would always provide a helpful explanation resulting in clarifying many tenant misconceptions so that a win-win resolutions could be achieved to a potential landlord/tenant dispute. We also enjoyed working with Yolanda Portilla who was able to find tenants in the middle of the winter, when the rental season is usually slow. Thank you, Annie and Yolanda.
