Western Union

Went to the store on Sunday, January 7th to wire some money for a friend in need. After they took the money from my debit card I was told that I had to call Western Union who than proceeded to ask my questions for twenty minutes about the nature of transaction. I was then told that they were not going to do the transaction and that my money would be refunded. I returned to the store to plead my case to no avail. It is now Tuesday, January 9th and I still have not been issued a refund. I had to open a fraud claim with my bank. I called Western Union fraud claim several times and they tell me they are unable to refund my transaction and that I need to return to the store for a third time. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
