Husky is worthy of zero stars. (If it were an option, that is what I would give.) Husky management system is not transparent, and requires approval of repairs without telling you how much they will cost. Then, they spend whatever they wants on the repair, and you find out at the end of the month how much they spent when your rental income has disappeared. We had tenants complain to us directly about their treatment by Husky. You would be better served going anywhere else.
