The worst customer service. We live near by so we use the store when we need small items. Every time we go in the service is horrible the staff is inept in pool servicing and rude. You can't really blame the employees because the manager is by far the worst. I was opening my pool and sent my wife for some simple "O" rings. Knowing how dumb they are there I gave her a fitting to match the size. Sure enough they tell her they don't have the correct Item that they need the model number so they can order them. I told to take a few off the wall and pay for them. Sure enough they were the perfect size. I will take the extra time and drive to the next store.
