If there was an option to put no stars I would. I ordered something online and the carrier came to my job (I had the floor level, suite and office number specified when I placed my order online) we have receptionist there until 5:00pm everyday. On the day my package was delivered the carrier didn't bother bringing my package to the 2nd floor and to my suite where we have not one but two receptionist daily to accept all packages. Instead the carrier gave my package to anyone. I called to explain everything. Expecting to get some assistance because in this situation I did my part. But instead I got an attitude, put off for four days straight (I called continuously hoping to get helped) the last call I was on the person inside the USPS office purposely hung up on me while I was talking. He just told me, "we dropped off the package." "I don't know what to tell you?!" Are you kidding me?! This is how you guys treat your customers. EVERYONE THAT WORKS FOR THIS LOCATION MUST'VE FORGOT YOU WORK FOR AND WITH THE PUBLIC AND YOU'RE OBLIGATED TO HELP EVERY INDIVIDUAL NO MATTER WHAT! IF YOU DON'T LIKE DEALING WITH PEOPLE AND YOU HAVE A NASTY ATTITUDE THEN YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVE THE WRONG JOB. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO EVER GO HERE. THEY ALL HORRIBLE, RUDE, AND NOT HELPFUL WHATSOEVER! NONE OF YOU DESERVE A JOB AT ALL! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE ON THIS LOCATION!
