Great service after the sale. Schultz took the time to document an out-of-warranty problem on my car to Ford and get the repair paid by Ford (this is a common issue on my car but there's no recall). Other dealers and brands have left me with a big repair bill in the same situation, so this effort by Schultz (and Ford) was a huge, pleasant surprise. This kind of positive outcome is rarely possible without the dealer making the case FOR the customer.
