Had a big problem with them many years ago.
They came to my house to look at my toilet. My mother in law was there and they made her give them $65. They said the job would cost $900 to do she had to make a decision right there if it was going to be done. Obviously she did not authorize the job and Anytime refused to refund the money. I found the owner to be very sleazy and I reported him to the Department of Consumer Affairs. I'm surprised they're still in business. Do not use them. By the way I got the job done on the toilet for about $100 by a local guy.
