A few times I've called for an appointment got one they even sent a text with the date and time. Then when I go it shows nothing in the system after showing them the proof. Then I have to wait another month or so. They do good work but customer service isn't great. Why are there over 6 people for the same time appointment? Which means they don't see you at your scheduled time.
