The worst customer service I have ever received at a restaurant. Our table had to speak with the management on several occasions during our dinner and were treated each time with utter disrespect and complete dismissal. I was told by the manager to give him a detailed quantitative analysis of what went wrong. We had to wait for our table, waiters were unresponsive and inattentive, menu items unavailable, had to pour our own wine, bug on table, managers horribly rude, table was in dark back room, met other customers with similar experience. Would not recommend for a nice evening out.
