Rock Sales & Service

I have been doing business with Rocks since 1976. I have always been pleased and satisfied with their service and prices. Had a great relationship with Carl and his wife.. Tonight I am not happy. I called to ask for a price a price and availability on a chain and new sprockets and i was told that they should have them and a rough price. OK so i then replied with i have about 80 minute drive one way so i kind of want to be sure and his reply was i am pretty sure we have them. I said so what you are telling me is that i will have to drive 80 minutes to pick up parts that you hopefully have? he said yup.. Not the old Rocks that i knew...
