I hate to say this but Edgar is unreliable and horrible in communications. We started with Edgar a year ago trying to get a generator installed and he either totally disappears on you or tells you it's right around the corner . If you need anything regarding a permit stay away. If you don't need a permit his work is ok if you can reach him. Make sure whatever you do it's a 1 day job .
