Initially walked into a smokey environment. The store had horrendous ventilation. While in line a previous customer came back into the store and proceeded to state that his order was wrong and spoke to a crew member who was wearing a black sweatshirt which seemed to NOT be official Wendy's Apparel. The crew member was extremely disrespectful to a fellow team member stating that he made the order wrong. The store front itself did not seam clean. The combination of these three factors made it an easy decision to walk out and dine elsewhere.
