If you are looking for a combination of smart, knowledgeable & honest real estate agent then Mike from Keystone is the man you're looking for. He has helped us to find a nice house in Lawrence & thoroughly guided us in the loan application process. While working with him we have noticed that he is a professional in true sense & having a very natural ability/flair to identify the good or bad aspects of any property. He has never pushed us to do a quick sale & always disclosed everything in regard to the subject property. We still remember when we started looking apartments in Lawrence we did not have the complete geographical idea of the area. During that time we liked a house & sellers agent told us that the house is in Lawrence ….but Mike told us technically that house does not fall under the geographical area of Lawrence & therefore if we are looking for something in Lawrence then this would not be the right choice. Later on we found he was correct & then on we completely depend on him. We are satisfied customers & it was pleasure to work with Mike. He will be our life time real estate agent. Really love the service I got when dealing with Keystone Realty USA. I'm on my second home right now and I must have gone through a dozen or so real estate companies, and they're all unprofessional jerks. They just want to rush you through a sale so they can get their commission, they don't even care if they're meeting your needs or not. The last company I dealt with knew that I needed at least three bedrooms in a home, and he kept wasting my time showing me one and two bedroom houses. He never returned my calls, but then would pester me at all hours about making a buy from him. It was like dealing with some kid right out of school trying to sell you a used car. Very creepy. But Keystone is different...they're pros, and that sets them apart in a sea of rampant unprofessionalism. They're a classy operation through and through, and they genuinely seemed more interested in meeting my needs exactly as they were stated, staying with in my budget, and getting things done as quickly and painlessly as possible. They didn't rush me, harass me, or ignore me. They did their best to get me the best price on the house I eventually closed on as they could, and if for some reason I'm ever in the market for a house again, I will only deal with Keystone. In an industry full of sharks they are the only ones I know I can trust, and I highly, highly recommend their services. They have access to an amazing number of houses, great brokers, the paperwork is a breeze, and they're an all-around class act. Try Keystone, you will not regret it!
