Pathetic. Bob came because water under the washer. Took front off, checked different things & couldn't figure it out. Said drain problem. Charged me $40 saying doing me a favor. I gave him a $10.00 tip. Had Tom Egan cesspool come. He snaked all drains, cut washer drain pipe, put hose back in. $597.49.Thought all good. Left. 20 minutes pass, I check floor in basement. All water again! I held my head down on washer crying. I hear drip...drip. I TURNED HOT & COLD water faucets that feed washer OFF. NO MORE WATER. My plumber came. Not leaking there. Machine part INSIDE washer dripping!!! Stay AWAY from All Appliance Repair. July 12, 2017.
Tommy is fantastic — called on the 3rd of July at 5pm after getting turned down by every repairman I knew to call. He showed up 30 minutes later, had my dryer apart in 15 minutes, diagnosed the issue (thermostat & thermistor) and had the parts on-call for repair after the July 4th holiday. Within minutes of his return visit the dryer was back and running. Cost was appropriate, service was prompt—truly one of the most honest and efficient repairmen I've used in a long time. I will be calling him again for a dishwasher repair, and have already referred his services to friends and family.
