Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague! And, before purchasing show tickets from an in-hotel vendor, ask for their company name because it doesn't seem that this outfit is advertising their name, probably because of these terrible reviews. My parents purchased two tickets for the Bette Midler show at the "City Experts NY Tours" kiosk located at the Wellington Hotel. They paid good money ($190 USD per ticket), only to ultimately find themselves in worse-than-nosebleed seats. In fact, when the usher looked at their tickets to help them find their seats, he told them that those seats are usually not sold to anyone because they are pole-obstructed seats. They had to lean forward just to see part of the stage (depending on where Midler stood on stage, they couldn't see her even when looking forward). After the show, my mother called "City Experts" to explain, in hopes that it was an honest mistake, and the manager only offered to refund her $10 per ticket, which is wildly inadequate. Those tickets should only be sold to someone with limited or no vision, at a bargain-basement price. It is a shame that the Wellington, which is a respectable and reputable hotel, is choosing to associate itself with this vendor of ill repute (see other reviews on this site!)
