The staff were professional and courteous, but the blame lies on who ever does scheduling for this location. Its Friday evening AKA the most popular time to rent a car in NYC, and there is one person at the counter. It took me over an hour to get to the counter and even longer to get to my car. Just a friendly warning for people thinking about choosing this location
