I’ve been trying to call in to return a part. They said they would email me a form but never got it and I’ve been calling back the last 3 days, just waiting for a pick up. I just put my phone on speaker and keep it nearby as I work on stuff. It’ll ring for hours. Amazing

customer service is not good at all. you keep hearing the same message over and over again. you are better of driving to Elmgrove Road for the help you require. I'm guessing they really don't care about the customers.
