There’s no information anywhere about anything and no one to ask. I waited in a very long line because I hadn’t received mail in two weeks and the USPS phone number listed told me to go here to pick up my mail (after waiting 1hr on hold). When I got to the desk they told me there’s only two days a week to come and a small window of time (which are obviously during work hours). The woman who helped was very nice, but the establishment itself is so unorganized. Why doesn’t USPS customer service have the same information the locations do and why don’t the locations have their own phone numbers!? Oh and, if a carrier is out for a week or two why don’t they have someone fill in?!

The delivery people never ring the doorbell. Due to this, I have had over 15 packages stolen from my apartment building, even though I was AT HOME at the time of delivery! Absolutely unbelievable. Someone needs to get fired.
