I wish I could give zero stars. The service is utterly despicable. The workers lie about delivery attempts. I cannot count the number of times I have been home waiting for a package and then see in the tracking that delivery was "attempted" and notice left but then there is no notice. I've even signed up for text notifications and then run down the street 30 seconds after the "attempt" only to find no workers anywhere on the block. These workers blatantly lie. It's fraudulent and incompetent. They have lost so many of my packages.

I wish giving this USPS location less than 1 star was a viable option. They consistently disregard my directions on how to deliver mail/packages. When they inevitably don't deliver your mail/packages despite VERY clear instructions on how to do so, you have to go to this cesspool of a branch in order to pick something up -- be prepared to wait in a two hour line that wraps around the entire building. It's an all day affair with the slowest and rudest employees I have ever encountered. It's an absolutely maddening experience and it takes what should be a simple task and turns it into half of a wasted day.
