The service is a disgrace. If you need anything delivered - make time and pick it up yourself. It'll be quicker. We set up two part delivery, half same day and the tailored half would arrive in 4 days. As an international client it was vital that the clothes arrives the same day - the international flight was the next afternoon. We've been shopping here for at least 10 yrs - so we trusted their word. That evening the delivery was absent w no notice. We left an email and a phone message reminding of urgency. The next morning the concierge called and was told one hour. Three hours later we call again. They have no intention to send anything until the tailored clothes are done. We FOR THE THIRD TIME explained the issue. The hotel was two minutes from Rochester and our flight was in two hours. It was already afternoon - they had half a day. It took us repeated calls, repeated reminders to get our purchase. Worry over missing the flight. Upon finally visiting the store they were quite rude and claimed this afternoon was the first time they were asked to separate the delivery. DO NOT TRUST THEM W YOUR ORDER. Or else expect days of having to supervise. Prompt service here is a joke!
