Don's Ford and BMW of Utica

The Don's Ford team did a great job helping me with my needs. I came in for replacement parts from a recall from awhile back and they had them in stock. They got the job done in a reasonable time frame. They even gave my car a wash which was great! No complaints from me.

I enjoyed dealing with Don's Ford. I had the pleasure of working with Jim Marino, I never felt pressured and at the same time did not feel abandoned. This is the second vehicle in the past two months , one was for work and one was personal. Both times I received great service and a the price I wanted to pay. Keep up the good work and thanks Jim.
